Far Harbor, LLC is a Texas company established in 2000. The Austin-based firm serves clients around the world and is registered with Dunn and Bradstreet, the US Small Business Association and the US Central Contractor Registry. Seasoned PhD and Masters-level professionals work on every client project. Specialized skills come from our network of consulting associates with backgrounds in program evaluation, statistics, data processing, development, and scientific/technical writing.

Management

Philip Hastings, Managing Principal, has served as research consultant to government agencies, non-profits, and private-sector clients for over twenty years. Formerly CEO of Resonance Network, Inc., he has also held senior management positions at USWeb/CKS, BellSouth Corporation (AT&T), and Galaxy Scientific Corporation. Phil earned his PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a concentration in statistics from the University of Houston.
